Organizers for the ISOCM's symposium have reserved a block of rooms with a reduced rate of $109/night (double accommodations) at the Days Hotel on University, 2407 University Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 which will be available until May 15, 2018. Single rooms are also available upon request.

Please contact the hotel (Days Hotel on University) or by phone (612-623-9303) directly to make your reservations for the group: Pan-Orthodox Music Symposium as soon as possible, as the hotel routinely sells out and will be unable to provide us with additional rooms closer to the dates of the symposium.

The hotel has free parking and wi-fi service for those attending the symposium. The hotel also has a full breakfast available for all guests.

The hotel has graciously offered the $109/night rate for those attending the 2018 symposium who wish to arrive early or stay beyond the dates of the symposium, depending on room availability.

The closest airport is the Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport is 30 minutes away from the hotel via Metro Transit Light Rail (LRT). Rental car services are available at the airport.

Organizers suggest checking for the best airfare into and out of Minneapolis as soon as possible, as summer time airfare for the Twin Cities goes up by early spring.

The Twin Cities' own SunCountry Airline ( routinely has great deals on airfare on Tuesdays while Delta Airlines also has a hub at the main airport terminal.

The LRT Green Line station Stadium Village is on the southwest corner of the hotel's parking lot. An off-peak one-way ride is $1.75 (US) and an on-peak one-way ride is $2.25 (US).

The hotel is 3.5 miles from St. Mary's Cathedral, site of the 2018 Symposium.

Rental Cars

All major car rental companies have facilities at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport for those guests who wish to rent vehicles during the symposium.

While the symposium will be held primarily at St. Mary's Cathedral, Friday evening is an 'open night' for participants and within a 5 block radius of the Days Hotel, there are nearly thirty places to eat, including:
