Apply for Scholarship to Attend 2020 Symposium

Crestwood, NY - The Institute of Sacred Arts (ISA) at St. Vladimir’s Seminary (SVOTS) is pleased to announce the availability of three full scholarships for Orthodox Church musicians planning to attend the 2020 Pan-Orthodox Music Symposium co-hosted by the Seminary and the International Society for Orthodox Church Music (ISOCM), June 11-13, 2020.


The scholarship will cover the registration fee for the award recipients to attend the 2020 ISOCM/SVS Symposium.

 

To enter, download the application form, complete it, and submit it! Applications must be postmarked or received electronically no later than Friday, May 15, 2020.

 

Award recipients will be notified via email by Friday, May 29, 2020, and those receiving the scholarship will be reimbursed for previously purchased airfare/ground transportation expenses.

 

In addition to keynote presentations by leading scholars, the Symposium will include eight masterclass options, six workshops, specialized rehearsals, daily divine services, chat discussion groups, and many opportunities for meaningful conversation and fellowship with other individuals interested in Orthodox music from across North America and around the globe.
